Leasing Contract Is Signed Between Star Mall Group And Robbinz Department Stores

Star Mall Group, a multi-national commercial real-estate development and investment company, together with Robbinz Department Store chain (“Robbinz”) of the Lippo Group, another multi-national conglomerate, have gathered at the Le Royal Meridien Hotel to commemorate the signing of the Leasing Contract between both groups.

Shanghai, Shenyang and Beijing media have been invited to witness the remarkable moment of two giants joining hands to create a unique Life center for Shenyang consumers.

The Robbinz store will be located on three floors of the 330,000 sqm Star Mall Shopping Plaza in Shenyang, and will thus become the second largest tenant of this shopping complex. Such store will be the first Robbinz store in Shenyang as well as Liaoning Province.

Robbinz, established in 2006, is a member of the Lippo Group and represents the Lippo Group’s core retail business in China. Currently, Robbinz has operating stores in Tianjin, Chengdu and Guangdong Province, with a total area of over 150,000 sqm. Robbinz’s first store was opened in Tianjin and is the flagship store of the chain.

Within the coming 5 years, Robbinz will open new stores in Yangzhou in the 4th quarter this year, Xuzhou, Huai’an and other potential cities.
